Garden Wedding Preparation Tips


When booking the garden for your wedding you have access all day. The bridal party has full say in the management of their special day
Privacy is respected on this very special day


The Bridal party may wish to rehearse, Just schedule a time with Di or Phil 

 Assistance on the day

Di & Phil are always available to assist 

  • Pre wedding day preparation
  • Guests are welcomed to the garden
  • Guest car parking is managed 
  • Liase with the celebrant to ensure preparation is running to plan

Complementary Extras

  • Music of your choice (background, bridal walk, signing the register)
  • guests chairs (limited amount available)
  • registry table and chairs
  • additional tables as required
  • 3m marquee for nibbles and drinks





Refreshments during photo shoot

  • Your hosts  assist with the serving of your refreshments and nibbles
  • Tables/linen and glass wear are available, just ask 

Music on the day

Provide your own live music or ask the Phil or Di about the complementary music package

  • Music set up managed for you in the garden
  • The bridal party can make choices of pre recorded music to be played
  • Phil will set up a stereo system to maximize the effect.
  • Music to entertain the guest before the bride arrives
  • The bride walks into the garden to her choice of music usually 3 minutes in length
  • Music is played during signing of the register
  • Your choice of music after the ceremony


It is advisable to provide  your guests with a map (this can be obtained through a google search)

Photos in the Garden

Suggest Photographers visit the garden before the wedding day in preparation for your special day

Guests can be served light refreshment during  the Bridal Party  photo shoot 
group photos are suggested

Come prepared

  • Umbrellas are always advisable for wet showery weather and even hot days, to shelter from the heat
  • If the weather is uncertain advise your guests to wear suitable clothing

Contingency plans
It is always advisable to make alternative plans just in case of bad weather. The garden does provide some shelter
